"State Farm has really gone down hill in the past years. I was able to find a provider that lowered my rates nearly 50% of what I was getting charged by State Farm. I particularly do not enjoy working with Luisa, as I feel very confrontational and defensive, and she also seems to be very disregarding and brushes me off. I cancelled my policy with them, and they prorate their services in such a strange and odd way. I've Experienced that sometimes they mistakenly assign cars to the wrong people in the household which can cause price hikes, and then will not take responsibility for it, nor will they reverse charges. Poor customer services. Would not recommend."
